Opening ceremony of the Rifayiya Ladies' Arabic College's Library, Kapuwatte, Weligama took place on the 8th of October 2017, from 10.30 AM onwards. The Library was declared open by His Holiness Refai Moulana Ash Sheikh As Seyyed Al Haj U.P. Muhammad Ashique Thangal.
The Library was donated by the family members of Marhoom Al Haj M.Khaja Cader & Hajiani Fawziya Saleema Cader. Members of Rifai Thareeqa Association, Students of and Staff of Rifayiya Ladies Arabic College and Rifai Boys Arabic College were also present at the ceremony.
The ceremony concluded with lunch after Luhar prayers!
